Posizione:
Pomellato is looking for a Store Manager in Duesseldorf.The Store Manager will have the full responsibility for the store and its success. To do so, he/she will have to be aligned with the company values and mission to build and maintain a successful and motivated team, maximizing its potential through effective processes of recruiting, hiring, and training. He/she needs to be a leader, with the capability of analysing the business, executing all the company initiatives, and following time lines and standards defined by the management.

In particular, as Store Manager, the person will have to:

• oversee all store operations, including the display merchandise following visual standards
• supervise staff, ensure that they are trained in the Company’s Experience and know very well the products
• achieve sales budget
• manage Top and Vip clients.

Requisiti:
The candidate needs to show strong leadership and supervisory skills, to have the ability to communicate effectively with both the team and the customers. He/she needs to have at least 5 years of experience as Assistant Store Manager, preferably gained in a fashion luxury boutique with a customer focused environment.
He/she has to be dynamic, team oriented and organised. As well, the resource will be creative and enthusiastic, as he/she will have to assist clients in creating their jewels based on their desire.
Knowledge of a foreign language and IT skills are required.
