Bulgari is looking for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is required to: support sales in developing, implementing and improving plans, initiatives and actions aimed at developing relations with client; identify, negotiate and implement the yearly Marketing plan; manage support budget, carefully monitoring it at each budget revision and updating the schedule of the different initiatives; manage window dressing, merchandising and promotional activities; analyze & monitor the market of reference in terms of competitors’ activities, trends, market share etc.;

guarantee that the requested analysis & reporting is provided to the Central marketing; manage media planning & media buying activities for the country of reference; guarantee assistance and support to relevant information requests from the store network (eg. Price list information, CRM analysis etc)

University degree (a formal marketing education is a plus); italian mother tongue, excellent English; previous strong experience in Marketing; perfumes and Cosmetics expertise is a must; managerial effectiveness; analysis and Planning; communication; teambuilding, coaching & development; drive, innovation, initiative, teambuilding, analysis
